FIELD: training simulators； sport.SUBSTANCE: simulator consists of bench on legs, to which by means of angle piece longitudinal cheeks are fixed, between which rollers are installed. After that, then pulling, then bending legs in knees, subject creates pulse tensile forces acting on tension of joints and sprain along its entire length.
