A kit for removing a tissue lesion includes an anchor for securing a tissue lesion, incision blades for creating an incision in tissue, a tissue resection device (1100) for creating a tissue core that includes the tissue lesion and a tissue dilator to help open a channel of sufficient volume to receive the tissue resection device (1100). The tissue resection penetrates tissue, creates a tissue core that includes the tissue lesion and seals and dissects the tissue lesion from surrounding tissue.
