Disclosed are a method for labelling an exosome with radioisotopes using an amine group of a surface of the exosome, an exosome manufactured thereby, and an imaging composition and a method containing the exsome. The method of the present invention can label an exosome more reliably with high labelling efficiency, and the exosome labelled by the method can be usefully employed as imaging agents for a nuclear medical image and medical treatment for animals, including humans, to identify the distribution of exosomes in the body, the movement thereof into target organs, and the correlation thereof with target diseases. The method for labelling an exosome with radioisotopes comprises the steps of: providing an exsome which is endogenous in a cell treating the surface of the exosome with NHS-ADIBO (N-Hydroxysuccinimide-azadibenzocyclooctyne) and mixing the treated exosome with chelator-radioactive materials into which N3 is introduced to react amine groups existing on the surface of the exosome with the chelator-radioactive materials, thereby introducing chelator-radioactive materials into the exsome.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본원은 엑소좀 표면의 아민기를 이용하여 엑소좀을 방사성 물질로 표지하는 방법, 이에 의해 제조된 엑소좀, 이를 포함하는 영상화 조성물 및 방법을 개시한다. 본원의 방법은 높은 표지 효율로 안정적으로 엑소좀을 표지하여, 본원의 방법에 따라 제조된 엑소좀은 인간을 포함하는 동물에서 엑소좀의 생체분포 및 표적장기 및 표적질환으로의 이동여부를 핵의학적 영상, 치료영상제 등으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
