PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method of conveniently making a monodispersed multilamellar liposome without needing filtration operation and a monodispersed complex-type liposome that can optionally support a hydrophilicity material and a hydrophobic material at the same time.SOLUTION: A method of making a liposome is used which includes: forming a lipid droplet consisting of a lipid solution that dissolves lipid in a water-soluble organic solvent dispersing the lipid droplet in an aqueous solution and dissolving the water-soluble organic solvent included in the lipid droplet into the aqueous solution to form the liposome.
