The present invention relates to a double target antibody having an ability to bind to VEGFR-2 and c-Met. More specifically, the present invention relates to a double target antibody having an ability to bind to VEGFR-2 and c-Met, in which a terminal of a light chain variable region or a heavy chain variable region of an neutralizing antibody to vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2), having a light chain variable region with an amino acid sequence expressed by SEQ ID NO: 1 and a heavy chain variable region expressed by SEQ ID NO: 2, is linked to a peptide for neutralizing c-mesenchymal epithelial transition factor (c-Met) expressed by SEQ ID NO: 3 or SEQ ID NO: 4. The present invention also relates to a method of preparing the double target antibody, and to a pharmaceutical composition including the double target antibody. The double target antibody according to the present invention simultaneously neutralizes two targets associated with angiogenesis and cancer cell proliferation, thereby having an excellent neutralizing ability relative to a typical single target antibody, and being very effective for cancer therapy. Also, it is possible to expect an effect of massively producing a c-Met neutralizing active domain of which production is not typically easy.본 발명은 VEGFR-2 및 c-Met에 대하여 결합성을 갖는 이중표적항체에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 가지는 경쇄가변영역과 서열번호 2로 표시되는 중쇄가변영역을 가지는 VEGFR-2(Vasicular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptoer-2) 중화항체의 상기 경쇄가변영역 또는 상기 중쇄가변영역의 말단에 서열번호 3 또는 서열번호 4로 표시되는 c-Met(Mesenchymal Epithelial Transition factor) 중화 펩타이드가 결합되어 있는 VEGFR-2 및 c-Met에 대하여 결합성을 갖는 이중표적항체, 상기 이중표적 항체의 제조방법 및 상기 이중표적항체를 포함하는 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 이중표적항체는 혈관신생과 암세포 증식에 관여하는 두 가지 표적을 동시에 중화시킴으로써, 기존의 단일표적 항체에 비해서 뛰어난 중화능을 보일 뿐만아니라, 암 치료에도 매우 효과적이다. 또한, 기존에 생산이 용이하지 않았던 c-Met 중화활성 도메인을 대량생산할 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
