The present invention provides hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel produced by cross-linking a biocompatible polymer selected from hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid salts, or a mixture thereof by a cross-linking agent. The hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel according to the present invention can effectively proliferate bone cells. Moreover, when the hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel according to the present invention encapsulates a bone generation-related material such as a bone generation growth factor and curcumin, the bone generation-related material can be continuously released for a long time. Moreover, while the amount of a bone generation growth factor and curcumin encapsulated in the hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel is adjusted, a bone tissue regenerating activity can be maximized.
