PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumoperitoneum system capable of quickly detecting a pressure in an abdominal cavity, and allowing speedy air supply and circulation.SOLUTION: A pneumoperitoneum system 1 includes an air supply device 11 and a suction device 12 connected by a communication cable 22, and a roller pump 38 connected to two trocars 15 and 16. The air supply device 11 supplies carbon dioxide gas to an abdominal cavity through an air supply tube 18, and the suction device 12 sucks carbon dioxide gas from the abdominal cavity through a suction tube 19. Control parts 41 and 51 control the air supply device 11 and the suction device 12 according to results of the measurement by a pressure sensor 46 provided to the air supply device 11 and by a pressure sensor 55 provided to the suction device 12, and perform control to operate the roller pump 38 when the pressure in the abdominal cavity has reached a predetermined set value.
