A multi-layer, flexible artificial auditory nerve stimulation electrode and a manufacturing method thereof. A flexible artificial cochlear electrode array component is designed and manufactured on the basis of the distribution pattern of cochlear auditory nerve terminal sites and using a flexible insulating film material having biocompatibility, by means of steps such as designing a multi-layer structure, placing vias, wiring and molding, and specifically includes the following steps: (1) disposing vias at specific positions in the flexible film material; (2) designing and manufacturing an electrode layer including electrode sites; (3) waterproofing the electrode layer; (4) preparing a wire lead layer connected to each electrode and designing lead-out pins; (5) waterproofing the electrode connection layer; and (6) performing shaping and injection molding to manufacture a needle-like electrode. The designing and manufacturing method for the electrode uses a multi-layered structure, provides a robust electrode, and a high frequency resolution for the sensing electrode, is customizable, and provides a fine electrode needle, thereby achieving customization, precise treatment of hearing impairment, and applicability to various types of sound coding processors.La présente invention concerne une électrode de stimulation de nerf auditif artificielle flexible multicouche et son procédé de fabrication.
