PURPOSE: An aqueous dispersion of polymeric nano chitoic acid, a manufacturing method thereof, and a use thereof are provided to improve the absorption of the chitoic acid inside the animal or human body, and to maximize the biological active effect of the nano chitoic acid. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an aqueous dispersion of polymeric nano chitoic acid comprises the following steps: expanding the surface of a polymeric nano chitoic acid particle by inserting the particle into an acid solution； dispersing the polymeric nano chitoic acid particle into a colloid state by inserting a functional material with a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group； and obtaining the aqueous dispersion of the polymeric nano chitoic acid by neutralizing the acid solution with water and an alkali water solution.본 발명은 수용성 고분자 나노키토산 분산액의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 고분자 나노키토산을 저농도의 산용액에서 팽윤시킨 후 키토산 표면을 친수성기와 소수성기를 갖는 기능성 물질로 처리하여 수용액 중에서 상기 고분자 나노키토산이 침전되지 않고 콜로이드 상태로 분산되도록 하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따라 처리된 고분자 나노키토산은 수용성을 가짐으로써 동물이나 인간의 생체 내에서 흡수력이 향상되고 고분자로 존재함으로써 나노키토산의 생리활성 효과를 극대화 시킬 수 있다.
