PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slidable tissue cutting device minimizing a removal time of a tissue and wound of a patient.SOLUTION: A tissue removal device 400 includes an outer canula 402 that is defined by a distal end 404 and a proximal end installed in a housing member 408. The outer canula is configured for selective rotational movement. A vacuum source is operatively connected to an inner cannula, and an actuation assembly 430 operatively-connected to the inner cannula reciprocates the inner cannula inside the outer cannula. A rotary dial 412 is securely fixed to an external face of the outer cannula and, when the rotary dial is rotated, a tissue storage opening is rotated, thereby enabling a simple operation of a tissue cutting device in treatment.
