PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of accurately and quickly performing correction of distortion of a DWI image.SOLUTION: An image processing device 100 includes a selection part 110, a first correction part 120, and a second correction part 130. The selection part 110 selects a diffusion weighted image that satisfies a predetermined condition from a plurality of diffusion weighted images whose movement detection gradient magnetic field pulse application directions or diffusion sensitivity coefficients are different. The first correction part 120 performs alignment between the selected diffusion weighted image and a reference image whose diffusion sensitivity coefficient is a reference value, and corrects the selected diffusion weighted image.
