PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire refraction degree data in which a position of a layer of an ocular fundus is considered.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus of a sample embodiment includes a refraction measurement unit, an OCT unit, a layer position data acquisition unit, and a data processing unit. The refraction measurement unit measures a refraction degree of a subject's eye objectively. The OCT unit applies an optical coherence tomography (OCT) scan to an ocular fundus of the subject's eye to acquire OCT data. The layer position data acquisition unit analyzes the OCT data to acquire layer position data including positional data on each of one or more layers of the ocular fundus.
