PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens for intraocular observation which has reduced reflectance and is given excellent anti-fogging properties, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The lens for intraocular observation includes: a lens body portion a lens lower surface to be held on a cornea and a lens upper surface for observing the inside of an eye through the lens upper surface and the lens body portion.
