PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide protectors capable of suppressing damages from subject organisms to be controlled, more certainly than conventional ones, while suppressing the effect by the temperature to the coated trunk.SOLUTION: A protector 100 has a tubular body 110 which has openings at an upper end and a lower end as well as has a hollow tubular shape capable of surrounding a periphery of a trunk T and an invasion prevention body 120 which is arranged inside of the tubular body 110 and has stick-shaped projection bodies 125 protruded from inner periphery of the tubular body 110.
