The present invention relates to a therapy system for the treatment of the skin and subdermis with light. The system comprises a NIR light source which produces light with a wavelength adapted to an absorption maximum for exciting molecular oxygen in aqueous solution； an image recognition unit for detecting papillary end arterioles and their x-y-z coordinates, wherein a respective depth underneath the skin surface is determined as the z- coordinate by an autofocus function； an optical system for the optical coupling of the light of the NIR light source and the pattern recognition unit to the skin, with a focussing unit to controllably position the light with at least one focus point in the skin； and a control unit to control the NIR light source, the image recognition unit, and the optical system.La présente invention concerne un système de thérapie pour le traitement de la peau et de l'hypoderme avec de la lumière. Le système comprend une source de lumière NIR qui produit de la lumière ayant une longueur d'onde adaptée pour un maximum d'absorption pour exciter l'oxygène moléculaire en solution aqueuse ； une unité de reconnaissance d'image pour détecter des artérioles d'extrémité papillaires et leurs coordonnées x-y-z, où une profondeur respective au-dessous de la surface de la peau est déterminée en tant que coordonnée z par une fonction de mise au point automatique ； un système optique pour le couplage optique de la lumière de la source de lumière NIR et l'unité de reconnaissance de motif sur la peau, avec une unité de mise au point pour positionner de façon contrôlable la lumière avec au moins un foyer dans la peau, et une unité de commande pour commander la source de lumière NIR, l'unité de reconnaissance d'image, et le système optique.
