PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safe nanoparticles comprising a biodegradable polymer, high in storage stability (dispersion stability and the stability of an antioxidant compound included therein) and high in transparency because of being small in particle size.
SOLUTION: The water-dispersible nanoparticles are composed of the antioxidant compound and the biodegradable polymer, and preferably also contain a stabilizer for the antioxidant compound.
