A gel composition for use in a stent graft, wherein said gel composition is added to said stent graft in an in vivo environment, wherein said gel composition during addition to said stent graft is a pre-cure gel composition comprising monomer components that are hydrophilic and biocompatible, said pre-cure composition being a flowable solution that can be delivered through a delivery tube, wherein said pre-cure composition is fluid in order to travel through the delivery tube into the stent graft, wherein after the addition of the gel composition into said stent graft, the graft remains initially less rigid, so that the filled graft material adjusts and conforms to the morphology of a vessel or lumen space, wherein said gel composition exhibits a volume change upon curing between about 0 to about 30 percent.
