According to an embodiment of the present invention, a blood pressure measurement apparatus including a cuff with a double air pressure unit comprises: a cylindrical frame having an entrance and an exit in which the body part of a subject can be inserted； a measurement air pressure unit positioned inside the frame, and constructed to directly apply pressure to the body part of the subject according to a change in the internal pressure； and a winding air pressure unit interposed between the measurement air pressure unit and the frame to surround at least a portion of the measurement air pressure unit, and guiding the measurement air pressure unit in a direction toward to the measurement site of the subject according to the change in the internal pressure.
