PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic system capable of improving efficiency in creating an image reading result.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic system includes a server device 500 and a medical image display device 400. The server device 500 includes a first creation part 511 and a second creation part 512. The first creation part 511 creates an object including a plurality of selection candidates based on an image reading request for medical image data, transmits the object and the medical image data to the medical image display device 400, and causes it to display them. The second creation part 512 creates an image reading result using the selection candidates received from the medical image display device 400. The medical image display device 400 includes a display control part 411 and a response part 412. The display control part 411 causes a display part 403 to display the object received from the server device 500.
