PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move forward a machine body to continue ridge forming work even when the machine body does not move forward due to insufficient force of moving forward at a time of ridge forming work.SOLUTION: An axle type walking husbandry machine M comprises: a machine body 2 including an engine 9 a steering handle 1 projecting to a rear side from the machine body 2 and operated by a worker and a tillage rotary shaft 3 supported rotatably on a lower side of the machine body 2 in a right/left direction. The tillage rotary shaft 3 is used also as an axle in the axle type walking husbandry machine. The axle type walking machine further comprises: a ridge forming sheet 4 forming a ridge on a rear side of the tillage rotary shaft 3 and a support mechanism 6 supporting a tail wheel 7 contacting a ground on a rear side of the ridge forming sheet 4.
