The present invention relates to a pile for removing a black layer of the grass, capable of removing the black layer generated on a surface or inside the topsoil on which the grass is turfed and, more specifically, to a pile for removing a black layer of the grass, wherein a drainage hole having a predetermined depth from the topsoil is formed in the topsoil using a central pile and a press pile； the press pile is removed from the central pile； a porous external pile is coupled with the central pile buried in the drainage hole, instead of the press pile； a porous internal pile filled with soil containing a soil improver and an oxygen generator mixed with each other is inserted into an inner space of the external pile； and thus oxygen generated by the soil improver and the oxygen generator can remove the black layer generated in the topsoil on which the grass is turfed. In addition, through passage holes formed in the external pile, the water can flow into the inner space of the external pile or the oxygen generated inside the external pile can be discharged to the soil. The internal pile inserted into the inner space of the external pile has an effect of periodically exchanging the soil which fills the internal pile and contains the soil improver and the oxygen generator.
