Polycystic kidney disease is a cystic genetic disorder of the kidneys. Recent identification of signaling cascades de-regulated in PKD has led to the initiation of several clinical trials, but an effective therapy is still lacking. A new therapeutic paradigm is capable of improving the proliferation rate and cystic kidney volume in PKD.La maladie polykystique des reins est un trouble génétique kystique des reins. L'identification récente de cascades de signalisation dérégulées dans la maladie polykystique des reins a mené à divers essais cliniques, mais une thérapie efficace n'a pas été encore découverte. La présente invention concerne un nouveau paradigme capable d'améliorer le taux de prolifération et le volume de rein kystique dans la maladie polykystique des reins.
