Регистрируют биоэлектрические потенциалы в области жевательной мышцы (БПж.з) на здоровой стороне, а затем в области жевательной мышцы (БПж.ф) со стороны оперированной флегмон. Определяют показатель разницы биоэлектрической активности жевательных мышц в процентах. При значении показателя от 10 до 30% устанавливают I степень релаксации, при значении от 31 до 50% устанавливают II степень релаксации, при значении более 50% устанавливают III степень релаксации жевательной мышцы на стороне операции. Способ позволяет снизить послеоперационные осложнения, что достигается за счет определения степени релаксации мышц индивидуально для каждого пациента. 3 пр.
