A drinking bottle comprising a hollow bottle body having an opening threaded mouth, a collar screwably fitted to said open threaded mouth, a spill-proof dispenser sip member mounted to said collar, and a bottle cap snugly mounted on said open threaded mouth, characterized in that said dispenser sip member having a hollow body, having a circular base including an opening at the bottom thereof, a tubular middle portion projecting from said circular base, and a discharge tip provided to said tubular middle portion, said discharge tip having a slit including a pair of opposing edges being pressed against each other when in normal mode and are disengaged with each other when in used mode.
