The present invention provides an aqueous pesticidal composition consisting of a pyrethroid compound represented by the formula (1): wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, a methoxy group or a methoxymethyl group, and X and Y independently represent a chlorine atom, a methyl group or a hydrogen atom； an alkylbenzene sulfonate, a polyoxyethylene styrenated phenyl ether having an HLB of 11 to 13, a hydrophilic solvent, water, and optionally a formulation additive, which has excellent storage stability.
