A hydrogen production device includes a reaction unit, a hydrogen collection chamber, and a flow channel. The reaction unit stores a first reactant and a second reactant. When the first reactant comes into contact the second reactant, the first reactant reacts with the second reactant to produce hydrogen gas. The hydrogen collection chamber has at least one gas vent to lead the hydrogen gas to flow into a hydrogen acceptor via the gas vent. The flow channel is in communication with the reaction unit and the hydrogen collection chamber to enable the hydrogen gas to flow into the hydrogen collection chamber.
