Beschrieben wird ein dentaler Stoff, ein dentales Gemisch oder ein dentales Mehrkomponentensystem zur Herstellung des Materials einer provisorischen Suprakonstruktion oder eines Kerns für eine provisorische Suprakonstruktion für ein dentales Implantat durch Polymerisationshärtung, bestehend aus ein, zwei oder mehr polymerisierbaren (Meth)Acrylaten, sowie optional weiteren Bestandteilen, wobei der dentale Stoff, das dentale Gemisch bzw. das Mehrkomponentensystem zu einem Produkt härtbar ist, zur Anwendung in einer therapeutischen Behandlung zur Beschleunigung der Osseointegration dentaler Implantate, insbesondere nach der Methode des progressive bone loading. Die Anmeldung betrifft zudem die provisorischen Suprakonstruktionen und Kerne selbst, sowie einen provisorischen Zahnersatz, ein Kit zur Herstellung einer Mehrzahl provisorischen Suprakonstruktionen für ein dentales Implantat oder einer Mehrzahl von Kernen für provisorische Suprakonstruktionen für ein dentales Implantat.
