PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost by unifying rubber-like components to be inserted into a frame body into a single one, and to improve manufacturing aptitude by reducing undercut parts of the frame body thereby simplifying mold structure.SOLUTION: A valve element 31 comprises a lid part 32, a valve part 33 and a connecting band 34 connecting them. An insertion opening 54 is formed on an outer peripheral surface of a frame body 45. The valve part 33 is deformed and inserted from the insertion opening 54 into the frame body 45. By resilient force of the valve part 33, the valve part 33 is restored inside the frame body 45. The restored valve part 33 is locked to the insertion opening 54, and falling of the valve body 31 from the frame body 45 is blocked. Compared to the one to be inserted from a cylindrical center direction of the frame body 45, the need of separately forming a locking pawl for falling prevention is eliminated and configuration is simplified.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】枠本体内に挿入されるゴム状部品を一つとし、製造コストを下げる。枠本体のアンダーカット部を少なくし、金型構造を簡単にし、製造適性をあげる。【解決手段】弁体31を、蓋部32と弁部33とこれらを連結する連結バンド34とから構成する。枠本体45の外周面に挿入開口54を形成する。弁部33を変形させて挿入開口54から枠本体45内に挿入する。弁部33の弾発力により枠本体45内で弁部33を復元させる。復元した弁部33が挿入開口54に係止し、弁体31の枠本体45からの脱落が阻止される。枠本体45の筒心方向から挿入するものに比べて、別途に脱落防止用係止爪を形成する必要がなく、構成が簡単になる。【選択図】図6
