The composition having the UV light blocking function is used by being mixed in cosmetic materials. The composition includes a mixture including a sequestering agent, a skin conditioner, a viscosity decreasing agent, a skin moisturizer, a softening agent, an emulsifier, a skin protector, a skin emollient, an assistant emulsifier, and an antioxidant, and additionally includes aerosol in which solid compositions are dispersed into the mixture and Curcuma zedoaria root extracts nanoparticlized by a high pressure homogenizer. The composition is formed by homogenizing total compositions using purified water as a homogenization adjurvant. The method for manufacturing the composition successively includes a step for preparing the curcuma zedoara extracts and a step for preparing the composition having UV light blocking function.
