PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition having especially high osmotic force of an effective pharmaceutical component.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition to be used for humans and animals comprises: at least one effective component acting on a whole body and/or acting topically and capable of being applied topically and at least one phospholipid improving the delivery of the effective component which passes through cell membranes and containing at least 60 wt.% concentration of phosphatidylcholine to the phospholipid. The composition shows a liquid viscosity with which the composition can be sprayed in a form of liquid drops or foams.
