Disclosed are a greenhouse control method based on learning which is able to efficiently control a greenhouse on the basis of learning, and a control system thereof. The greenhouse control method based on learning comprises: a step of acquiring learning data a step of storing processed data of the acquired learning data a step of producing a matrix graph by applying a weight to the stored processed data and a step of producing an optimal parameter capable of controlling the greenhouse on the basis of the produced matrix graph.
