The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a suction flexible denture which can be formed of polyester-based plastic resin through injection molding such that teeth are fixed to a front surface of the set plastic resin. Silicon material, which has composability with polyester or polyamide resin, is coated on an inner surface of the flexible denture to integrally form a suction cup (adsorption member) by using an auxiliary mold, so that the suction flexible denture having an adsorption function by an air absorption principle is provided. According to the present invention, a denture may be prevented from being separated in a mouth due to the adsorption function and chewing pressure (chewing force) may be distributed through elasticity to remove toothache.
