FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery. Method includes access to hernia sac, isolation and processing of the latter, isolation of aponeurosis and anterior leaves of sheaths of recti abdomini on perimetre of hernia defect, as well as passing surgical thread in tissues around hernia opening. Thread is passed through punctures in aponeurotic leaves, inside sheaths of recti abdomini, under aponeurosis of white line of abdomen above umbilicus, through aponeurosis of white line of abdomen under umbilicus. Thread above and below umbilicus is passed through tissues as close as possible to umbilical ring. Two surgical threads, which are passed near each other, are used, with each of threads being tied up in diametrically opposite relative to umbilical ring points. There are four punctures in tissues and they are located to the right and to the left from umbilical ring in projection of sheaths of recti abdomini, and above umbilical ring in projection of white line of abdomen and below umbilical ring near white line of abdomen. Polypropylene mesh, folded in form of shuttlecock is introduced into hernia defect before tightening and tying up surgical thread.EFFECT: method increases plasty reliability due to elimination of tissue cutting.5 cl, 2 dwgИзобретение относится к области медицины, а именно к хирургии. Способ включает доступ к грыжевому мешку, выделение и обработку последнего, выделение апоневроза и передних листков влагалищ прямых мышц живота по периметру грыжевого дефекта, а также проведение хирургической нити в тканях вокруг грыжевого отверстия. Нить проводят через проколы в апоневротических листках, внутри влагалищ прямых мышц живота, под апоневрозом белой линии живота выше пупка, сквозь апоневроз белой линии живота под пупком. Нить выше и ниже пупка проводят сквозь ткани как можно ближе к пупочному кольцу. Используют две хирургических нити, которые проводят рядом друг с другом, причем каждую из нитей завязывают в диаметр
