The present invention relates to a composition which includes phosphatidylcholine (PPC) and biphenyl dimethyl dicarboxylate (DDB) and, more specifically, to a composition in which PPC and DDB are mixed with a weight ratio of 1:1 to 50:1, and to uses thereof. The composition of the present invention treats damaged liver in order to lower numerical values of blood AST, ALT and LDH, and mitigate dyscholia, which is a side effect of DDB is confirmed by numerical values of blood total bilirubin, ALP, and MDA of liver tissues so that the composition is effective for manufacturing the composition for preventing or treating liver diseases in which the dyscholia is mitigated.본 발명은 포스파티딜콜린 및 바이페닐-디메틸-디카르복실레이트를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 포스파티딜콜린(Phosphatidyl choline, PPC) 및 바이페닐-디메틸-디카르복실레이트(Biphenyl dimethyl dicarboxylate, DDB)가 중량비율 1:1 내지 50:1로 혼합된 조성물 및 그 용도에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 상기 조성물은 손상된 간을 치료하여 혈중 AST, ALT 및 LDH 수치를 낮추고, DDB 의 부작용인 담즙 분비 장애를 완화시킨다는 것을 혈중 총 빌리루빈, ALP 수치 및 간 조직의 MDA 수치를 통해 확인할 수 있으므로, 담즙 분비 장애가 완화된 간 질환 예방 또는 치료용 조성물의 제조에 효과적이다.
