The cutting tool in which the device is applicable, is preferably materialized in a pruning shears equipped with fingers arms (2) with their respective cutting blades (3) and (4), articulated together by a transverse bolt (6) as the main element of the device. The corresponding nut (7) for fixing the articulation bolt (6), has a transverse hole (11) in which a locking screw (10) is threaded, by means of which it is possible to adjust the articulation. Latuerca (7) and locking screw (10) are positioned in a recess of the cutting blade (4), leaving the nut (7) impossible to turn, during the manipulation of the bolt (6), by means of a pin (14) of such nut (7) housed in a cavity (15) of the cutting blade (4). Por su parte, Ia hoja de corte (3) incorpora en el orificio de paso del bulón (6), un casquillo (13) que posibilita realizar un mejor ajuste del propio bulón (6) en el orificio.
