The present invention relates to a knee joint reinforcement element having an anatomical shape and, more specifically, to a reinforcement element replacing a bone damaged after being used for artificial joint replacement. The reinforcement element is combined with a knee joint implant for artificial knee joint replacement, and includes: an upper surface meeting a distal surface of a base plate forming the body of a tibial element； and a lower surface meeting a section of a tibia. The lower surface is narrower than the upper surface to have a shape tapered from the top to the bottom. A middle line, in which the outer surface meets a vertical section of the upper surface, is a convex curve toward the outside of the reinforcement element with respect to a straight line connecting an upper point, in which the middle line meets the upper surface, with a lower point, in which the middle line meets the lower surface, so that the middle line is able to correspond to an anatomical shape.본 발명은 해부학적 형상을 가진 슬관절 보강요소에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 인공관절 치환술에 사용되어 손실된 뼈를 대체하는 보강요소에 있어서, 상기 보강요소는 인공슬관절 치환술에 사용되어 슬관절 임플란트에 결합되며, 경골요소의 몸체를 이루는 베이스플레이트의 윈위면에 접하는 상면과, 경골의 절단면에 접하는 하면을 포함하며, 하면은 상면보다 넓이가 작아 상측에서 하측으로 갈수록 좁아지는 테이퍼 형상을 가지고, 상기 상면에 수직으로 자른 일단면과 상기 외부면이 만나는 중간선은, 상기 중간선과 상면이 만나는 상점과 중간선이 하면과 만나는 하점을 잇는 직선에 대하여 보강요소의 외측으로 볼록한 곡선의 형태를 띄어 절삭된 뼈의 해부학적 형상에 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해부학적 형상을 가진 슬관절 보강요소에 대한 것이다.
