The invention relates to a device comprising at least a first layer (1) of a cold-conducting material, the device being characterised in that it comprises: at least a second layer (2) over the first layer (1) and joined thereto, defining inner surfaces (3) between both layers that form at least one housing (11), both layers (1, 2) being porous and absorbent; and at least one cold-conducting antifreeze gel (4) spread in the housing (11), on the entirety of the inner surfaces (3), with a freezing point below -12° C and with a viscosity between 2,000-90,000 cPs at 21° C, which is sufficient for passing through the pores of the layers (1, 2) and exiting the housing (11).Comprende al menos una primera capa (1) de un material conductor del frío, caracterizado porque comprende; - al menos una segunda capa (2) sobre dicha primera capa (1) y unida a ella (1), definiendo unas superficies interiores (3) entre ambas capas que configuran al menos un alojamiento (11), siendo ambas capas (1, 2) porosas y absorbentes, y - al menos un gel anticongelante (4) conductor de frío, esparcido en el alojamiento (11), en la totalidad de las superficies interiores (3), con un punto de congelación inferior a -12ºC, y con una viscosidad de entre 2000-90000 cPs a 21ºC, que es suficiente para pasar por los poros de las capas (1, 2) y salir del alojamiento (11).
