The present invention relates to a probe-syringe connecting device which connects an ultrasonic wave probe and a syringe, wherein the ultrasonic wave probe transmits and receives ultrasonic waves and includes a contact unit having a set diameter and touching the skin and a body extended from the contact unit in a rod shape, and the syringe includes a needle and a cylindrical body. The probe-syringe connecting device also comprises: a probe fixing unit which has a hollow part where the body is inserted and a first extension unit extended in a radial direction from one side of an outer lateral surface； a syringe fixing unit which has a rectangular space accommodating the syringe therein and including an inner lateral surface formed in the longitudinal direction with the same length as the syringe and an inner lateral surface formed in the transverse direction to be longer than the inner lateral surface formed in the longitudinal direction, and when the syringe is inserted into the space, limits the back-and-forth movement and allows the syringe to move right and left and tilt at a set angle, and has a second extension unit extended in one direction from an outer lateral surface； and a coupling unit which couples the first extension unit to the second extension unit.
