PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an interdental brush by which production efficiency is increased and production cost is reduced by stably positioning a brush bar.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an interdental brush includes: inserting the brush bar into the through hole of a handle (viz., combining step) pressing then the brush bar exposed in a positioning groove of the handle with a pressing device to form a plurality of extended sections on the positioning groove of the brush bar and, since the maximum outer diameter of the extended sections is in excess of the hole diameter of the through hole, positioning the brush bar stably in the positioning groove in a caught state (viz., positioning step ) and finally performing a molding step for enclosing the brush bar with a filler. On the basis of the foregoing method, the positioning of the brush bar is more stabilized, preventing a shortcoming of the brush bar being detached during the use.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】ブラシ棒を安定的に定位させることで生産効率の向上と生産コストの削減を可能にする歯間ブラシの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の歯間ブラシの製造方法は、ブラシ棒を柄の貫通孔に挿入した(即ち結合ステップ)後、柄の定位溝箇所に露出するブラシ棒に対しプレス装置でプレスしブラシ棒の定位溝上に複数の拡張区を形成し、並びに、前記拡張区の最大外径が貫通孔の孔径を超えている為、ブラシ棒は安定的に定位溝内に引っ掛かり状態で定位され(即ち定位ステップ)、最後は、充填物による包み込みの成型ステップを実行する。前記方法に基づくブラシ棒の定位は更に安定し、ブラシ棒の使用時に離脱する欠点を防ぐことが可能となる。【選択図】図5
