PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy for a dental cast good in processability and having both an easily removable oxide film by chemical washing and castability.SOLUTION: There is provided an alloy for a dental cast containing Au:9 to 15 mass%, Pd:15 to 25 mass%, Cu:14 to 20 mass%, Zn and/or In:0 to 3 mass%, Ir:0.01 to 0.5 mass%, P:0.01 to 1.0 mass% and the balance Ag. The alloy for the dental cast can be manufactured by a continuous casting method and processed at a processing rate of 50% or more.
