The invention relates to benzamides of formula I,whereinQ is Q1 or Q2 or Q3 or Q4,and their use as herbicides. In said formula I, R2 is R2cR2dNC(O)NR2n—；Z2, both R4 and R5 are hydrogen, R1, R3 and R6 represent groups such as hydrogen, halogen or organic groups such as alkyl or phenyl. The invention further refers to a composition comprising such compound and to the use thereof for controlling unwanted vegetation.
