The current invention concerns an ergonomic compression glove and manufacturing method thereof, comprising out of back, palm and finger stalls for the small, ring, middle, index finger and thumb and consisting essentially out of a knitted stretchable fabric and closure seams, whereby said knitted stretchable fabric is subdivided in sections for assembling said back, palm and finger stalls and whereby at least one of the said sections for finger stalls is partially unattached at the lateral side from said section assembling back and palm.
