The present invention discloses a bio-complex dental implant suitable for enhancing osseointegration and proprioception in repairing tissues which comprises an inactive dental implant coated with reconstituted, cultured and expanded mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Also provided are methods of preparing the bio-complex dental implant by culturing and expanding mesenchymal stem cells 101, and trypsinizing the cultured cells which are attach to an adherent plate surface. The cells are then pelleted and reconstituted 102, and then used to coat a dental implant surface at room temperature 103. The obtained bio complex is then air dried for 2 minutes at room temperature 104. The cells are reconstituted in sterile culture expanded osteocytes extract or autologous protein rich plasma. Preferably the MSCs for culturing are selected from human umbilical cord, dental pulp, adipose, or other stromal tissues. The dental implant surface is preferably made of titanium, zirconium or any collagen based material.
