To provide a biomagnetism measuring device and a biomagnetism measuring system capable of performing measurement that requires high spatial resolution and measurement that requires high magnetic field resolution with one magnetic sensor array.SOLUTION: A biomagnetism measuring device includes: a magnetic sensor array including a plurality of magnetic sensors capable of detecting a magnetic field generated by a living body； and measuring means for measuring magnetic field distribution in an observation region observed by the magnetic sensor array on the basis of the magnetic field detected by each of the plurality of magnetic sensors. The magnetic sensors include detection coils capable of detecting a magnetic field.
