PURPOSE: A sinus graft apparatus is provided to reduce the operation time by perforating an alveolar bone more quickly, to secure the stability of post procedures by smoothing the perforated side, and to solve the damage of a maxillary sinus tunica intima. CONSTITUTION: A sinus graft apparatus for implant operations comprise: a main body(10) which is inserted to an alveolar bone(1) with a hollow hole(11) to provide a space to insert a tool to elevate a maxillary sinus； An operational cutting member(22) forming sections in the end to perforate the alveolar bone by inserting into the hollow hole in the main body； and a lifter(20) to elevate the maxillary sinus by contacting the sinus after perforating the alveolar bone.
