<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repel genus Caligus which is a parasitic on cultured fishes or living therearound, by means of high-safety method which would not affect fish bodies and the surrounding environment, and to surely repel Caligus through prevention of the Caligus that has once fell off the fish bodies, from becoming parasitic on cultured fishes again. <;P>;SOLUTION: A method for repelling Caligus is provided, comprising the process, wherein in a closed aquatic system, cultured fishes are treated with 10-3,000 mg/L hydrogen peroxide for 1-120 min, followed by addition of catalase to the system, in an amount such that its concentration is set to 500-50,000 units/L repels the Caligus inside the system. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
