A device for infusion of medical fluids is provided. It has an internal reservoir for a fluid to be administered made of a first flexible base material to vary its volume as a function of the quantity of fluid present thereinside； and an outer casing containing the reservoir, having a side wall made of a second elastic base material suitable to make elastically deformable the casing to vary the geometry and internal volume thereof as a function of the volume of the reservoir.La présente invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour la perfusion de fluides médicaux, comportant:-un réservoir interne (2) pour un fluide à être administré réalisé en un premier matériau de base flexible pour faire varier son volume en fonction de la quantité de fluide qui y est contenu； et un boîtier externe (4) contenant le réservoir (2), comprenant au moins une paroi latérale (5) réalisée en un second matériau de base élastique apte à rendre le boîtier (4) élastiquement déformable pour faire varier sa géométrie et son volume interne en fonction du volume du réservoir (2).
