The mushroom cultivating system grows a mushroom from a mushroom cultivating container (20) disposed in a mushroom cultivating facility (11), and comprises: an air suctioning duct (31) for flowing growing air having a predetermined temperature and predetermined humidity to grow a mushroom to an air circulating and supplying device body (101) as air in the mushroom cultivating facility (11)； an air circulating and supplying duct (33) for supplying air from the air circulating and supplying device body (101) into the mushroom cultivating facility (11)； and an air continuously circulating and supplying system (30) for removing foreign materials from air supplied into the air circulating and supplying device body (101), dehumidifying the air, and supplying the air heated or cooled corresponding to the internal temperature of the mushroom cultivating facility (11) into the mushroom cultivating facility (11).본 발명은 버섯재배시스템에 관한 것으로, 버섯을 재배하는 버섯재배시설 내부의 공기를 공급받아 냉각과정, 이물질제거과정, 그리고 가습 과정을 통해 처리된 공기를 재순환하여 공급하여, 외부의 이물질이나 병균의 침입을 방지하면서도 안정화된 재배시설 내부의 공기나 환경을 안정적으로 유지하면서 버섯 생육이 향상되게 하는 버섯재배시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 특징은 버섯재배시설(11) 내에 구비된 버섯재배용기(20)로부터 버섯이 자라게 하는 버섯재배시스템에 있어서, 상기 버섯재배시설(11) 내의 공기로써 버섯 생육을 위해 소정 온도와 소정 습도를 형성한 공기인 성장공기를 공기순환공급장치본체(101) 측으로 흐르게 하는 공기흡입덕트(31)； 상기 공기순환공급장치본체(101)로부터 공기를 버섯재배시설(11) 내로 공급하는 공기순환공급덕트(33)； 상기 공기순환공급장치본체(101) 내부로 공급된 공기에 대해 이물질을 제거하고 가습시키며 버섯재배시설(11) 내부 온도에 대응되어 가온 또는 감온시킨 공기를 버섯재배시설(11) 내부로 공급시키기 위한 공기연속순환공급시스템(30)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
