A method of treating a tumor disease by co-administration of a CoQ10 formulation with a chemotherapeutic agent and / or surgery is provided. The CoQ10 formulation may be at least one of intravenous, topical, or inhalation. The chemotherapeutic agent may be at least one of an anti-metabolite or anthracycline.
