The present invention relates to a replacement set for a cardiac valve or coronary angioplasty assembly, comprising an introducer sheath (13) of an introducer (1) or a delivery catheter (1 '), of a size reduced compared to that of an introducer, intended to be introduced into an artery of a human body. The invention essentially consists of integrating the metal support of a pacemaker electrode directly into the introducer sheath in the artery of a patient. The assembly according to the invention comprises a wire guide (20) comprising a metal core serving further connection to the other electrode of the pacemaker, the core being coated with an electrical insulating coating (25). La présente invention concerne un ensemble de remplacement d'une valve cardiaque ou ensemble d'angioplastie coronaire, comprenant une gaine d'introduction (13) d'un introducteur (1) ou d'un cathéter de délivrance (1'), de taille réduite par rapport à celle d'un introducteur, destinée à être introduite dans une artère d'un corps humain. L'invention consiste essentiellement en l'intégration du support métallique d'une électrode du stimulateur cardiaque directement dans la gaine d'introduction dans l'artère d'un patient. L'ensemble selon l'invention comprend un guide-fil (20) comprenant une âme métallique servant en outre de connexion à l'autre électrode du stimulateur cardiaque, l'âme étant revêtue d'un revêtement isolant électrique (25).
